CONTRACT LAW

King Law Firm advises our clients on structuring and corporate law related matters. This representation includes entity formation and organizational documentation as well as planning.
TAX LAW
King Law Firm advises clients on a variety of tax law matters including counseling non-resident singers and athletes through the process of obtaining a Central Withholding Agreement with the Internal Revenue Service to reduce income tax withholding.
REAL ESTATE LAW
King Law Firm structures, negotiates and closes residential and commercial real estate transactions for foreign and domestic clients as well as writing related title insurance policies. The firm has closed transactions for the purchase and sale of residential single family homes for sales prices in excess of US$30 Million.

Russell L. King, Esq. is one of the nation’s leading attorneys specializing in entertainment law. King has represented over 30 singers, athletes, promoters and venues since he began practicing law over 25 years ago. His practice includes representation of numerous Latin American and European musicians and high net worth individuals in transactional and business matters.
King also represents publicly and privately held corporations in matters such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions
and lending transactions. He has counseled numerous banks in real estate and asset-backed commercial lending transactions
as well as in general corporate and contractual matters.
Prior to forming King Law Firm, Mr. King practiced at White & Case, LLP and Holland & Knight LLP
where he focused on transactional and entertainment law.
Mr. King has a BA from University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law. He is bilingual,
fluent in English and Spanish.
